John is awesome, very easy to talk to and he will go above and beyond to make sure you will get something of quality that you/he/she will love. There is a vast difference between Au Jewelers and your standard jewelry chain stores. John will answer any of your questions honestly and won't try to sell you something that you don't want or aren't looking for. If you're in the area or are planning on buying something nice, this place is definitely worth a look.
I went to many jewlers in the area before I came here. I initially walked in & John was very friendly. He helped me find the "perfect" engagement ring. John & his family are great. They've helped us with so many things so far & treat us like family. My wife & I recommend anyone who want high quality jewelry & a family experience to come to AU Inc.
A great experience from start to finish. I was pretty nervous and had no experience with jewelry buying. In less than an hour and a few questions later, I left very happy and a few days later I picked up my custom made engagement ring (she loved it by the way). Would highly recommend them to everybody.
